Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT

Due to the amount of internet fraud, we charge credit cards the moment you place your order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Checks, and Money Orders are all accepted.

Billing and shipping address must match on orders over $300. If different shipping address is desired, please place your order and we will contact you to verify your order.

        Credit card orders accepted via the Internet order form, by Phone or by Mail.

We ship to Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. However, an additional $15.00 will be added to your shipping cost.

Checks are welcome; however there will be a five to ten day clearance period for each order. Your name MUST be bank imprinted on the check with the correct phone number and the address must match shipping address. Please make checks payable to DynaSpy, Inc.

Due to the nature of our business, some items may be used once and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Due to the fact that some items are drop-shipped or built-to-order, not all orders can be cancelled. Items excluded from cancellation are SecureShot, SleuthGear and BushBaby products.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We have a 1-6 business day, estimated processing time before shipment. Standard ground shipment is not guaranteed to be delivered before any specific date. If you need expedited shipping you must contact us!

If an item is out of stock, there may be up to a 7-14 day delay on the shipment of your item. Please call for availability on an item if it is marked as being out of stock.

 

RETURNS

                YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ORDER

YOU MUST CALL US FOR AN RMA NUMBER OR YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU

DynaSpy, Inc. and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM!

Returned merchandise authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from DynaSpy, Inc. Return of defective items must be within thirty (30) days of receipt, no exceptions. No discontinued products may be returned. No custom-built or special order items may be returned. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused delivery.

Defective items will be repaired or replaced free of charge if returned to us during the item's effective warranty period. Items that have been modified, customized, abused, or otherwise damaged beyond normal use will be refused and you will be charged for return shipping. You are responsible for shipping any defective products to us using a trackable shipping service.

Defective units will be replaced free of charge provided they are received in good physical condition. You are responsible for shipping the defective unit back to us using a trackable shipping service. We cover return shipping to you. If you return an item for repair or exchange that is not defective you will be charged for return shipping. 

Refunds, when issued, do not cover shipping charges once an item has been shipped. You are responsible for returning your product to us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time at our discretion. We are not responsible for obvious misprints of descriptions, pricing or other attributes which are corrected immediately. Shipping costs may include a handling fee but will be presented as a total amount without an itemized handling charge.
